  • Provide front line services at the Service Counter and assist in handling user enquiries and complaints
  • Supervise and commit the resources sharing activities that collaborate with local and overseas partners
  • Handle circulation and payment transaction and compile relevant statistics
  • Execute access policy by monitoring patron loading and card issuance
  • Support the management of collection, stack, overall physical space and inventory
  • Supervise and provide training to part-time and student helpers
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
  • Shift duties on evenings, weekends and public holidays will be required


  • A recognized Degree
  • A good command of both written and verbal English and Chinese
  • Positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Work experience of integrated library system, preferably the Alma/Primo systems

Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at the relevant rank.
