What will I be doing?
The Solution Architect collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical library solutions expertise for Ex Libris sales force (Sales Managers, Sales Directors, Distributers and VP Sales) in South East Asia. The collaboration is mainly by supporting RFPs/Tendering processes, product demos and product/solution questions raised by prospects.
The Solution Architect is expected to leverage their extensive knowledge on Ex Libris’s product portfolio and its various architecture and deployment options to provide valuable information during presales stage. This information will allow account managers to conduct the correct pricing and, Professional Services to realize the scope of expected implementation at post-sale stage.
This is a full time regular position, and preferably based in Hong Kong, Singapore or Malaysia.
